D2 Medium Fruit Knife
This Medium Fruit knife is constructed of D2 tool steel. It is considered almost stainless (which is great for outdoor use) and has excellent edge retention.
The scales are Blue Ultrex (very grippy) with nickel pins, and the knife comes with a custom Kydex sheath (low retention for kitchen use)
It is 6" OA with a 2" cutting edge.
